Submit a Maintenance Request
Before submitting a maintenance request, please click the link below to view our maintenance tips guide for commonly reported maintenance issues. You will be expected to have tried the solutions offered in the guide for the particular maintenance issues covered before submitting a request.
Non-emergency maintenance requests may be submitted by current Tenants of Premier Property Management, Inc. through the Tenant Portal. For maintenance emergencies, please contact our offices at 360-546-1554. For after hours maintenance emergencies, please contact our offices at 360-546-1554 and select the option for after hours maintenance emergencies.
